The Blood Awareness Week in RT Nagar Public School will begin from 23rd September (Saturday). The Principal has given permission for the event to held only on Saturdays. Thus the event held will be as thus:

Rakta Kranti volunteers will organise Blood Awareness Week in Adarsha Vidyalaya, RT Nagar. The students will be educated and motivated to be a regular voluntary donor when they become eligible. The programmes held will be as follows:

Sankalp will be organising the fourth blood donation drive in International Tech ParkBangalore (ITPB) on 17th September.

Venue: Multipurpose Hall 1, 2 and 3, ITPB Campus, White Field, Bangalore.

Time: 11 am to 6 pm.

Expected number of donations: Over 350 units.

Number of Blood banks: 4 blood banks.

Many times we come across plastic National flags after the celebration of the National Festivals is over. No one is clear about what to do with them. Here are few suggestions.

1. If they are in good condition, then they can be preserved for future use. This is specially helpful in case of schools where the teachers can collect the flags and keep them safely.
