A thousand transplants! So much more than we can put into words

If you ever wondered what your support meant, this day held a 1000 answers.

Last month, we were counting the minutes.

On 5th September, we all came together in Bengaluru to celebrate 1,000 bone marrow transplants with the people who helped make this possible. There were a thousand reasons to be grateful, each with a name, a face and a family.

Behind this milestone are years of care: families placing their trust in a team, donors stepping forward, and people working together to make treatment accessible. “1000 Beginnings” gave us a moment to pause and acknowledge that shared effort.

The day brought scientific conversations and celebration together. The summit created space to share experience in prevention, care and cure. The evening brought children, families and those who had stood beside them into the same room, with gratitude at the heart of the gathering.

We share this milestone with DKMS, Cure2Children, Bhagwan Mahaveer Jain & Health 1 Hospitals, our teams and every supporter who stood beside us. From hoping for that first beginning to celebrating a thousand, we are so grateful to have come this far, together.
