With all assessment done, you need to talk to the blood bank. At this stage you must fix-up which blood bank will be coming and ensure that the blood bank is clear about your expectations. Space A well ventilated clean hall or large room is most suited to conduct the blood camp. Ideally it is one of the conference halls etc. If not, arrange for your cafeteria as the place for blood donation camp.

Resources Few tables, chairs and a dustbin is all that is required. The blood bank will get the rest.

Water Arrange for drinking water

Refreshments For refreshments you have a choice. If you ask the blood bank to arrange then the blood bank will get juices and biscuits. But you may want to arrange yourself. In that case the blood bank will give you Rs 15 per donor for refreshments. You may want to add fruits etc ..
