I did see the change in me. When i saw the people around me cheating in an exam, i did not gossip about it and forgot saying nothing can be done about it. Instead I chose to fight against injustice to me and other good students. This is what happened on 27th March. There was an aptitude test for campus recruitment. There were around 500+ students in a big examination hall and only 5 to 10 invigilators. I was also taking part. What I saw was worst of malpractice. People started answering 15 20 mins before time. They had already answered 20 to 30% of questions. There were many other levels of cheating. After the test I wrote letter to principal questioning his management and negligence towards such mismanagement asked him to make the environment which provides equal opportunity for all. His response was that he can not change system. I told him at least he can avoid exploitation of good and bright students. He told that he will increase the no of invigilators by 1:25. Now I'm waiting for next test to see if there is a change.
