There were tense moments during the time of Ayodhya Verdict. But during the verdict and the other time during the month, nothing stopped Sankalp from working towards the Goals. Here is what the Organization or rather all the wings in the organization have been workign upon to push Sankalp as a whole, a step closer to its dream!!
Come September 13, and the volunteers of Sankalp like to look back in time. In this very month in 2006, the dreams of a few young people was somehow looking much more realistic, much more ahieveable. All the hard work that went into taking up an emergency blood request and resolving it looked meaningful and purposeful. In the September of 2006, Disha was born.
30 September, 2010: While the entire nation was waiting to hear the Ayodhya verdict and the atmosphere was that of tension and apprehension, the Sankalp volunteers received an SMS announcing CodeRed*. Within next few minutes the organisation was on it's toes.
Goal
In case some major problem happened in Bangalore, participate in whatever capacity to help ease the situation.
Currently, according to the Annual plan of Sankalp, most of our working wings tend to relax and come out of the execution semester and gear up for the planning semester. But, this year, the situation is such that, execution is still on the highest priority leaving less time for planning.

Q. Tell me about the situation?
Volunteer- Dengue has hit really hard this year. We received thrice the normal number of blood requests this week. The number of emergency requests has alone crossed the average of 10 per day. Blood banks are running dry on platelets.
