Hi, i want to get in touch with the persons involed in the campus connect prog. i n my frens under the rotaract club conducted blood donation camp in RVCE in march. so i was suggested to conduct such camps in other colleges too. im finding the maganement persons who r approachable in some colleges. but i dont know how to approach them, so need ur help.

As I told in my last post, first find out if you have any friend in other colleges. Or try searching for college students interested in such activities on orkut. Through this friend try and find the blood donation pattern in his college. Few of the things you can find are
o Know if that particular college conducts camps or not?
o In case they conduct camp, approx how many units are donated?
o What time of the year they have camp?
o If it is associated with any blood bank?
o Who is the incharge of social service activity there?
Visit this college once you have all the information and it will be great if you can convince your friend and his group to volunteer for this activity. If students show interest its easy to convince the administrator. Approaching directly the principal may lead to them not believing you. Our experience says so.

Im in touch with students of few other colleges, but to approach them or the management i find myself less experienced n dont know the proper way to approach. but i ll talk with them abt the things u ve mentioned.
