Pick up any news paper and you will be reading about the communal violence in Bangalore. I have somethings to share and ask for your opinion >> Media On the morning of 21st January when I picked up the news paper, I thought that the news of the communal violence will be the headline. But the TOI had decided that some other matter was more important to the city. >> Our Community We, the Muslims.. the Hindus.... we the people.. It looks to me that all of us are insane Three days back when I heard of the rally against US a small ray of hope shone in my mind. Sometime back I had heard the Hindu organizations too speak about the American companies and the harm they cause to our society. I thought that now the time is coming when the people of our country will unite to fight out the larger evil. There was another news of China having tested an anti-satellite missile. And today.. In three days the streets are again filled with angry mobs in a frenzy to kill. To kill the people of their own land. Today a 12 year old child died due to police firing.. Today i do not feel secure in my own country... Our people.. have failed to learn their lessons.. Divide and rule seems to be our destiny.. Shout people.. shout you are Hindu.. you are Muslim.. shout that you are Kannadiga, a Tamil, a Telegu.. a North India.. Shout..... Ill wait to hear that faint voice that shouts-"We are Indians". On this soil of Bhagat Singh and Ashfaqulla Khan, I cry out for a voice. A voice for my motherland. I can only hang my head in shame to be a silent witness to this ..
