The next in the series of innovations that Sankalp has brought into blood banking is a comprehensive blood donation drive management platform for blood banks. This is an extension to the already existing TeamRed.In which Sankalp has been using for several years to ensure high quality blood donation drives
What is it?
This portal streamlines all communication and data exchange that takes place between the blood bank(s) and Sankalp. It eliminates human error, makes easy to communicate through use of templates and enables tracking of events in a more effective way. In all, this platform allows better process management for blood dnation drives.
Features:
The portal will allow blood banks to accept invitations for blood donation drives online. They will also be able to provide all necessary details regarding staff and equipment for security clearances.
In our experience, the process of making this better by effective use of feedback has been limited in the past owing to the lack of structured handling of the feedback items. This platform will allow the blood banks to view and act upon the feedback from the drives in a more effective way.
The portal will provide for a central repository for all feedback related to a blood bank.

How will it be used?
Blood banks will be provided with a username and password shortly along with usage instructions. Currently the site has all the invitation and feedback mails that Sankalp has sent. In the days to come all communication will switch to TeamRed. Sankalp volunteers will individually communicate with blood banks to streamline the usage of this site.
