The rarest..

The rarest blood group is Bombay blood group (which is a special type of O positive blood group). Read more about Bombay blood group. Among the negative groups, O negative is the plentiful and AB negative is the rarest. The negative groups follow the same trend of availability as their positive counterparts.

There is no Chennai blood group at all :)
