Each one of us love the place where we are born and spent childhood. Aren't we? Yes.. Its very special. I just can not explain why. But it is the bond developed with the innocent mind. This is also one thing which makes me feel that I belong to this land, I live in a society which cares for me. Anyway thank you for reminding the childhood days.

thats very true whereever we are and whatever are we cannot forget our childhood place where we have born and grown up. icannot forget my kanpur may be it is one of the dirtiest place full of pollution and popullation but its mine and i love it.u have no choice for ur parents whoever they are but u still love them, same here i still love kanpur and will keep doing that.my first lesson of desh bhakti started from the affection i had for kanpur.a person who doesnot love his native cannot love his country JAI HIND

Yes friend i totally agree to u ... i am a bengali but never stayed in Kolkata.... Me born and brought up in shillong .. capital of meghalaya.... which is a very small town ... and now i am in bangalore .. doing my engineering .... bangalore has got lots of oppurtunities for me and i can gain lot from this place ... but given a choice ... that is bangalore or kolkata or shillong ... iwould chose shillong ... because it is the place where i was born ... i have been there for 18 years and have got so many memories attached to that place .... memories which brings a smile to my face ... and those that bring tears ..... anyways i know that everyone misses his native place .... i miss my native place the same way u do..
