if initiative comes.
I will be a happy man to see the flowers of action bloom in the middle of the desert. We sweat, we cry, we bleed.. to water this soil. Let it grow grass.. Let the trees come up.
Let there be life in us.. Not just the mere existence.. But full blown life
Blood donation camp
We can have a major blood donation camp that day and we can also distribute information about the sacrifice of three martyrs to all the donors who come there to donate blood.
Its intersic activity to Sankalp...
I believe that day activity should be only for volunteer and people associate with Sankalp....So blood donation camp does not comply to that..I believe most of the volunteer are not equipped enough to work independently hence we should use that day to equipped ourself...
I suggest we can use that day to increase our DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE (all information related to blood and blood donation camp). Volunteer can learn basic skills like public speaking,verbal and writing skills etc..
I know this things can not be learn in a day but we can make that day as a starting point to equipped ourselves...

I agree this is the most important stuff to be done. But How remains unexplored..
No More Talking
I think last year we had done a lot to inspire ourselves but in due course of time it all vanish. I think inspirational small doses should be given in regular small interval rather than one big dose..
According to me the most important think which the volunteer need for long term is SELF CONFIDENCE ,which only can be gain by skills,knowledge and work.
You have to speak to be heard
Sankalp has more than 15 Volunteers. We have hundreds of friends who participate in our activities. But when we ask them to participate in shaping the activities they back off. Please people. Don't tell me you have nothing to suggest here...
Getting to know more.
On that day training volunteers on blood donation process and related activities would not make a significant impact as recentky we have attended the conference on Engineering Blood Transfusion and most of the information was conveyed there.
Let us all meet together on that day and propose a strategy for the future.It is a very rare that every volunteer is present in a meeting.Let's discuss the tasks we need to complete and assign accordingly so as to maintain accountability.if everybod attends the meeting it would make ourself know each other very well which i feel sincerely is lacking.
