January marked a meaningful milestone for SHeAL’s Mentor Development Series with the successful completion of Batch 1 and Batch 2 of the Mentoring the Mentors programme. Designed to strengthen mentoring capabilities, promote learner-centred training, and build a strong community of mentors across Sankalp verticals, the series laid a solid foundation for consistent and effective knowledge sharing.
To mark this achievement, a course completion certificate event was organised to recognise mentors for their commitment, consistency, and contribution to learning excellence. The mentors who successfully completed the programme and received their certificates include Dr Anjali Chauhan (BMT), Anisha Goswami (BMT), Prathyoosha B (Management), Santosh H (Management), Arpit Vaish (Sankalp Blood Center), Sandeep (EMPACT 3), Nuby Baby (BMT), Balasubramani (Sankalp Labs), and Dr Ashish Dhoot (Sankalp Blood Center).
We also extend our appreciation to mentors who have completed the course and will be awarded their certificates shortly: Sudha K, Mamatha, Manjunath, Anusha S (Sankalp Labs), Dr Tejashree S (Clinical Research), Perimbeti Hemalatha, Uficca H (BMT), and Meghana Manjunath (Communications).
Looking ahead, Batch 3 of the Mentor Development Series is scheduled for February, followed by Batch 4 in March, continuing the effort to strengthen mentoring capacity across programmes and teams. Alongside this, SHeAL will initiate the Soft Skills Series from the third week of February, focusing on personal and professional growth. All team members are encouraged to participate and benefit from this learning opportunity.
Together, these initiatives reinforce Sankalp’s commitment to building a culture of learning, mentorship, and excellence, ensuring that growth is intentional, shared, and sustained across the organisation.
