CTC Disha
April was a busy month for the Disha team. The team started work to ensure that the online update mechanism that has been setup to ensure better inputs for other Sankalp team comes on track. The initial few sheets have been added and more is being done to provide regular accurate inputs.
The team is also sorting out the problems that started affecting the motivation of the call center executives by actively engaging with them in their work. Based on the annual analysis the team is going all out to put in place corrective measures to ensure high QOS to the callers.
Connecting Blood Banks:
The team connected the following districts in March: Bagalkot, Chickmagalur, Haveri and Hassan to the helpline.
Publicity:
In April we prepared the letters for additional 166 hospitals outside Bangalore for Disha publicity. More methods are being explored to ensure high awareness of the number.
Finance
Another year coming to an end. This was meant in terms of the financial year. The Finance team has been busy with all the annual work that is to be done for any registered Organization to carry out. Balance sheet has been sent for auditing. Annual year end report has been prepared and sent to volunteers. Annual finance report for magazine has been completed.
Emergency Wing
In the month of April there were a total of 100 cases including 41 out station requests and 9 SDP requests but with 2 donations only. That apart annual review of the team has been completed and digitilization of IISc registrations, REVA college donors, and Infosys donors has been completed.
