The call centre equipment has been booked and the software for the equipment is being developed. The entire equipment is aimed to offer better Quality of Services for all the callers. The equipment is expected to be functional from middle of February.
The Initiative for Better Blood Banking is pleased to present to the Blood Banking fraternity of the state of Karnataka a workshop on the ‘Role Of Transfusion Medicine in Thalassemia’. The workshop will be held at the state of the art NIMHANS convention centre on the 17th and 18th of June 2011.
Sankalp India Foundation has been existing as a blood donor organization for the past 7 and a half years now. Time and again, it has had to redefine it’s ways of working so as to put the best practices and methods available to improve the services it offered both to the common man and the people from the blood banking community.
Sometimes, Emergency team has to undergo difficult tests and
the night of 16 December was one such night which had in store a difficult
situation for the team.
The protocols for the training of volunteers and others who are willing to participate in Disaster Relief program are being finalized. Some of them can be named as Code Red Protocols, Communication Protocols and Financial Protocols. Other categories will eventually be decided to come up with a complete set of training protocols during the time of disasters.
